Our first stop was at Warnemunde, Germany. It’s 3 hours away from Berlin by land. Warnemünde is a German port town on the Baltic Sea, near Rostock. It’s known for its long beachfront and marina, a cruise-ship stop. This port operates for 5 months in the year from May to October and there were 150 ships that docked here and they are expecting 190 this year. #warnemünde #Germany #Regent25#h2hssexplorer2017
We drove a few minutes to Rostock first to see the town and went back near the ship to this town. So you could basically just go straight here upon arrival if you prefer not to tour anymore past the port. Some passengers even drove 3 hours to Munich which meant driving back another 3 hours all in one day to board again the ship The Alter Strom canal at Warnemunde is lined with shops and fishing boats. The Edvard Munch Haus, former home of the renowned expressionist painter, runs exhibitions and events. ( website) #warnemünde #Germany #Regent25#h2hssexplorer2017 This sort of reminds me of Hoi An 🙂

Love this street where there are homes of fishermen from the olden times. Some of them are now cafes and bed and breakfast or shops at #warnemünde#Germany#Regent25#h2hssexplorer2017
