There are 2 pages of the menu 1 side is their Everyday Dining menu which doesn’t change and it has a “Design Your Entree” portion where you get to choose your main dish and sauces and sides. The other side of the menu is the part that changes daily. It also has a degustation menu. Even if it is separated you can order anything and everything on the menu.
