What an honor to be able to meet Chef Peggy Chang of Grassroots Pantry Hong Kong @grassrootspantry. At age 16 she turned vegan and being a chef, she is very particular about her ingredients and cooking techniques. She’s amazing. I wish she could teach her techniques and knowledge to more chefs.
