What an honor to be able to meet Chef Peggy Chang of Grassroots Pantry Hong Kong @grassrootspantry. At age 16 she turned vegan and being a chef, she is very particular about her ingredients and cooking techniques. She’s amazing. I wish she could teach her techniques and knowledge to more chefs. I don’t like vegetables but I ate everything today prepared by her and Chef Nicco Santos @niccosantos . They collaborated to have a Vegan Pop Up last September in Hey Handsome @handsomecome Part of the proceeds will go to the AGREA an Agriculture and fisheries-focused social enterprise. #vegan#h2hwellness
