Pasta Alla Presse at the Grill Amazing and Yum
Our press is an antique one from 1908 Chef Mario found it in an antique store in New Orleans. We have the same cooking technique as the famous restaurant in Paris. They press duck, squab, pheasant, bacon, tomato, thyme, onions and garlic to get the jus which will be the sauce of the pasta
