Ilustrado

We ate in Ilustrado last January as we were preparing for our tour with Carlos Celdran.  Father Galende of San Agustin Church says it is still the BEST restaurant in the area.   I would also recommend the place of my friend, Suzette Montinola, La Cocina de Tia Moning.           They had a cafe downstairs which had a different menu, so they let us order from both menus.    website:  http://www.ilustradorestaurant.com/
