We celebrated Chinese New Year at a new restaurant in the Greenhills area. We are hardly in that part of town, but it was nice for a change.
The interiors were done by a Hong Kong designer…..
Food is very reasonable and very good! It was difficult to photograph the menu, but you will notice the prices.
Hotpot seemed to be a popular dish in the dining table….
The powder room was beautiful as well….

Special mention of the “Clams” that was served with TLC …. thanks to T. Boni !
Gee I wonder if this place is related in any way to the Mr. Choi chain of restaurants?
Grabe, i got hungry seeing the pictures !
Thanks for the foodie updates Rics! We tried this restaurant last Friday and the bottom floor is for more casual dining and the second floor is for fine dining–so they have separate menus. I must tell you, my favorite restaurant in HK is Lei Garden which has the ultimate peking duck. I must admit that the peking duck at Choi’s was excellent, if not better even! The set menus are very reasonable (since its difficult to talk to the chef about menus since he only speaks chinese! ) and the food was superb! Its so close to our house since we live in the area. Thanks for the recommendation Rics! Can’t wait to go back (bye Gloria Maris–haha)
Hi Rica! The food was excellent! We ate the set menu offered in the second floor. YUM! Can’t wait to go back! Congratulations to Frank and Janice Lao , (one of the )owners of Choi Garden!
