I saw this interesting product in Rustan’s Supermarket… I bought it and I am excited to try it..no egg yolks means no cholesterol…..MUST TRY!  I wish they had it in spaghetti and in other shapes

    This is my favorite too-lazy-or-tired- to- cook noodles! Saute some garlic in olive oil. Add a can of white meat tuna, drained. Add cooked, drained pasta. Add a little more olive oil to taste. Top with parmesan or romano cheese. A meal in less than 15 minutes!

    These noodles are also great for beef stroganoff, or top with a creamy mushroom sauce.

    forgot one ingredient, not crucial, but makes a difference: I saute a can of anchovies with the tuna, plain or with capers. I throw the whole can in, including the oil.
