We also had the Creamy Normandy rice with baby scallop and tiger prawns. Yummy Chef Clement came to Manila to marry a Filipina from Negros who owns Bong Bongs @bongbongspasalubong So he has been here for 4 years already and has a newborn one month old baby. #lamerepoulardmanila #h2hchefs
