Dinner by Rina Andrews @homekitchenbyrina Rina @rca1218 is our fellow Assumptionista and she cooks as a hobby and she even learned Chinese food from a Malaysian chef. So we had her regular line up – Tuscan canneloni ( chicken, ham, pate) , Quiche, Mushroom truffle pate and we ordered from her weekly Chinese menu-our favorite was the Chinese Kikiam- diced meat, Chinese spices and flavors, spring onions that’s all wrapped with a beancurd wrapper and fried to give the skin that crunch. Available also frozen so you can fry it when you want to. Other yummy dishes – Tea Smoked Chicken, Chinese Pork Asado (Char Siu)and Beef Ho-Fan. The best part is that when you order you support her treatment for the sickness she is battling at the moment. So I hope you will help me help her by trying her home cooked dishes
