Hexagon Lounge, RCBC Plaza

My good friend, Michele, took me this time to her territory!  She told me she wanted me to try her FAVORITE TAPA!  I am always happy to be with Michele, she makes me laugh and laugh.  She is so simple, so down to earth, so good, so sweet.  I love her!

 She told me she only wears stiletos when she is going out with me..funny girl!! 🙂

She took me to the Hexagon lounge which is a more private dining place in the building

Wow!! So much to choose from! I told the two Michele’s to just take care of ordering since everything looked good and I wanted to order everything!  🙂 So I told them to just choose….I do not know if that was a good idea because you will see what they served us….and you will be surprised, we almost finished all of it 🙂

I did not only fall in love with the beef tapa, but this Buffalo chicken wings I really really loved!!!  I loved the blue cheese dip which they make themselves also. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the USDA Certified Beef Belly Tapa!!! I featured this already.  You can eat it here or you can order it and cook it at home!!!  I definitely liked Michele’s favorite tapa!

The two Micheles told me to eat it with vinegar, tabasco and knorr!  Since I am not the sauce type, i like to eat my tapa on its own and I like to taste the beef on its own.  But in case, you might want to try it!!

Grilled Three Cheese Sandwich!!!!!! OH MY GOSH!!! I just had to order this and YUMMY!!!!!! Look at the cheese oozing out 🙂

Herb Crusted Fish Fillet with lemon Butter Cream sauce – I liked this too!

OH MY GOSH!!! This buko sherbet was so good!! I hope Michele or someone will tell me how I can get this.  i want to order this in bulk and bring home! 🙂
