One of the popular restaurants in the Fort.  They were one of the first restaurants to open when the Fort was being developed. Owned by our good friends, Cary and family.  Finally Heart2Heart features Je Suis Gourmand

  • I love Je Suis Gourmand. I did my first kitchen internship (before cooking school) at Marc Aubry’s first restaurant in the La Tasca Building in 1992. I learned a lot and it was fun so whenever I’m bak home, which isn’t that often, I make sure to eat there. Looks like you had a good dinner!

  • that roasted bone marrow looks really good! looks like i’ll be visiting je suis gourmand soon!
