Thanks Ginge for telling us about C2. Rina and Quinto took me out for lunch and we really enjoyed the Filipino food. Another good choice to take foreign friends or just to have good Filipino food.

Seared Tilapia Fillet in Coconut Emulsion – this was my favorite- interesting combination of the coconut sauce with tilapia. And I liked that shredded thing on top..I am not sure if it is potato or camote
And of course, this is what Ginge told us to go here for- Bibingka souffle! How interesting to have a Filipino souffle
