I have never been unsatisfied with Smart Infinity… the cost of calls to Europe are the competitive and it has a large number of roaming partners where I travel; it works properly in Japan unlike the other carrier. When I speak it is loud and clear except when speaking to someone on another carrier where drop calls occur. They have cemented their large market share they are able to give these kinds of promotions. In addition you have a dedicated account officer who doesn’t come up with excuses why this and that can’t be done.
Hi, Rica! I just got my new MacBook to replace the one from Smart a few years ago. They do offer a lot of choices. Myro’s been very satisfied with their service and has been an Infinity member for quite a while. They even send him gifts on his birthday and Christmas, great ones at that. Highly recommended!
but rica, diba the iphone is exclusive to globe and isnt fully compatible with smart’s network? i’ve been wanting to switch forever but thought i was stuck with globe bec i dont want to give up the iphone.

Hi Rica, Nicole, I use Smart on my iPhone and I can browse. My siblings were able to get the network settings from Greenhills. At first we were hesitant but later found out it works well. But, if you do not have unlimited internet browsing, please make sure to turn off your cellular data to prevent unneccessary usage/charges. Smart charges Php 10 for every 30 minutes of internet browsing.
I checked with Eunidez and he said as long as you have an OPEN line, it will work with the Iphone
