Another new restaurant to try.  Owned by the Shanghai Tang group.  It’s in a building, The Galleria, beside Landmark.  The surrounding shops in the building are not that nice ( except for the Ground level/street level shops ) but the restaurant is

Deep fried wonton with Four Treasures in sweet and sour sauce

Fried Rice Braised with Wild mushroom and diced chicken- a very different kind of chinese rice- sort of like their version of Italian Risotto because it was quite wet- nice to try something different
