This is Heart2Heart’s favorite bagoong! It is made by my Lola Charing’s cook, Julie! I tried to get the recipe from her, but she was secretive about it 🙂 But she gave me sort of an idea as to how she makes it
She frys some pork fat and leaves the small bits of fat and then adds the Barrio Fiesta bagoong. And what makes it also good is the bits of chicharon which she puts in it. Just chop it into small pieces and mix it into the cooked bagoong.
