Maxims, Resorts World

Pao and Trina called us to come visit them over at the Maxim’s Hotel at Resorts World!   So we did!  We wanted to see the hotel and of course be with them too 🙂

We went to Opus for some drinks.  It was a Tuesday so it was 80’s night with Boyet Almazan.  We were early so not that many people yet which was good for us. I love this Faberge egg looking chairs

Since I don’t drink, I tried their boneless buffalo wings 🙂 and Trina had iced tea!  We get along 🙂

One of the best restaurants I’ve dined in in the recent past can be found on the 3rd floor of Maxim’s – Impressions, beside Genting Club. Chef Cyrille Soenen (who has also just opened his Brasserie CiCou along Annapolis St., in Greenhills), is the executive chef, responsible for a superb French-leaning menu in Impressions.
