We are two female technology and media/entertainment executives who strongly believe that women will be more successful at work if they learn to talk sports with men.
As we rose through our respective ladders in mostly male-dominated environments, we have been shut out from conversations in the boardroom, the bar and at the water cooler due to our lack of sports knowledge.
We are strong supporters of female advancement. We are mentors, role models and advocates.
