Hmmm…. We are in the USA and we are eating in Asian places… Is something wrong? 🙂
One of our favorites for dim sum and half the price of Yank Sing 🙂

Ah ABC. The default choice for Sunday lunch after mass for most Filipino families in the Peninsula. Cant beat the price of ABC. You can also check out Champagne Room, 4th Street San Mateo. Also pretty good. Owned by the famous Koi Palace in Daly City
Since I think your family is into ramen, you may want to try SANTA Ramen in San Mateo as well. In El Camino just of the 92 interchange. While some say Ramen Parlor is better, some prefer SANTA. SANTA has a reputation of being a ramen nazi as well. Having so many rules in order to eat ramen. In front of Santa Ramen is a Nijiya Japanese market so you can buy some Japanese ingredients there as well.
Thank you Mic for the tips!! We will definitely try your recommendations!
