After all the eating we did in Sydney, I realized we did not have LAMB CHOPS!! My favorite!! Australia is supposed to be known for steaks too!!! So I desperately asked Geraldine if she knew any place and Francis recommended this place!! We all loved it!! Thanks Francis!!!!
It is a restaurant chain with branches in other countries. It is beside the I Max theater and by Cockle Bay Wharf.
The steak was really good and I finally had my lamb chops!! We also had the best calamari ( which we always order in almost every restaurant ) here. It was very fresh and very tender! Take note also of the onion rings which come with the steak… YUMMY! 🙂

The day after we went to the Aquarium and Wildlife Center, we went to Taronga Zoo. We were so into animals 🙂 If I were to do things all over again or if I had limited time in Sydney, I would just choose to go to the Taronga Zoo since the zoo has a mixture of everything.
You can buy your tickets at the Circular Quay which includes already the boat ride to get to Taronga and the entrance ticket to the zoo.
You take a cable car to get to the zoo..what a view!
I have never seen such a show ever anywhere… I enjoyed this the most! Not to mention the view/backdrop of the show! WOW!! Beautiful!
We had lunch in the foodcourt and what was so nice was there were peacocks walking around the foodcourt 🙂

As suggested by Mayette and Francis, we ate in Doyles at the Sydney Fish Market. It was a Sunday so there were a lot of people at the market.
My personal favorite was the fish and chips! Fish and Chips is good all over Sydney! What Mom could not understand was why they did not serve malt vinegar with the fish and chips…..hmmm… so she bought her own bottle at the supermarket and she brings it with her wherever we go! in case we see any fish and chips around 🙂

Of course, a trip to the supermarket is a MUST in Heart2Heart’s travels! I love looking and trying things we do not find here in our country. There seems to be so many flavors and varieties of the normal things we have here…
I am amazed at the variety of crackers, crostinis and bread sticks they have! I am imagining all the yummy dips that can go with them…and since i cannot try all of them, I feast my eyes and just take photos of them!
unique chocolates!!!
Land of the Tim Tams! Who knew they had all these other flavors!!
And the chips and snacks!!! WOW!!!!
And to counter all those unhealthy stuff…I like looking at the energy bars..they have so many choices as well..I want to try all!!!
And one of my favorites when I was a kid..we used to have this in the Philippines but it disappeared in the supermarkets, so i only see these in Hong Kong and now in Australia!
and they even have it in LIGHT version!!

We of course had to take the kids to some educational tours so we went to the Sydney Wildlife World which is relatively new and the Sydney Aquarium…but of course the adults had fun too ! 🙂
And because Sydney is so small, we bumped into Bobby and his kids who now live in Australia and Winston and Yvette with their kids who are tourists like us 🙂
