Founded in 1927, Salvatore Ferragamo Italia S.p.A. is the parent company of the Ferragamo Group, one of the world’s leading players in luxury goods. The group is active in the creation, production and distribution of shoes, leather goods, ready to wear, silk products and accessories, as well as fragrances for men and women. The product range also includes eyewear and watches manufactured by licensees.
Great attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, achieved by combining style, creativity and innovation with quality and workmanship typical of Made in Italy, are the characteristics which have always identified the Group’s products.
With about 2,600 employees and a network of over 500 mono-brand stores, the Ferragamo Group runs operations in Italy and worldwide, which provide the brand with a broad footprint in Europe, America and Asia.

Taken from the Speech of Anton Huang, EVP of Stores Specialists Inc:
The Rustan group has always been a staunch supporter of the philippine national red cross. And tonight we at Stores Specialists, Incorporated are very pleased to be united with two of our most important partners, Salvatore Ferragamo and Citibank, in responding to PNRC’s plea for financial assistance. Our three organizations have reached a unanimous decision to extend to them a donation of 2 million pesos. The two million peso donation will help fund the cost of a machine called “refrigerated centrifuge”. This machine basically processes whole blood, separating it into different components, making it possible for PNRC to service a greater number of patients than ever before possible. A single blood donation is maximized to its fullest benefit! Our three organizations have found this to be a very worthy cause and one that is in keeping with our goals to actively help the communities we serve.

I don’t think I will ever get tired of going to kiddie parties. Each one is so unique and you really get to see the work the moms put into every party…definitely a labor of love!
There was actually a pet shop with live pets! They were raffled off to the kids at the end of the party – love birds, hamsters, fish and turtles
The much awaited prize table – everyone looks forward to the prize table in Tina’s parties. Even Mommies go crazy over them. This prize table had prices and the kids win paper money and they use the paper money to buy their prizes
Happy winners of the pets

Welcoming our friend Jerome as he had just arrived from the States. He wanted Asian food so we went to Benjarong in Dusit Hotel. It was really good!! And what is nice about the hotel is that it is quiet and peaceful. It had also been renovated recently.

On Tuesday, November 4 the Red Cups are coming!
Drop by your favourite Starbucks store to enjoy much loved seasonal favourites, Toffee Nut Latte and Praline Mocha or maybe try their newest treat, decadent Dark Cherry Mocha. Available in hot and iced espresso as well as Frappuccino Blended Beverage variants, this trio of holiday treats also signals the start of Starbucks much anticipated Annual Planner Promotion! Planner die-hards anticipate each year’s release and this year is no exception with customers asking about the planners as early as October! Expect Starbucks to come up with new surprises…but you’ll have to wait until November 4 to know more about it.
We were invited to have dessert by a friend, Dan, known as “Mr. Max”, who actually fits in very well in the place 🙂 Thanks Dan!! We get along so well with Dan because he is fun to be with and just like us enjoys EATING! and has a blog too called Thainese Take Out ( as he lives in Thailand ) which is all about food 🙂

We went to Max Brenner after we had eaten in Gilak by Hossein. So you can imagine how full we were already so we ended up ordering just drinks. I liked the drink containers they were using.. the HUG MUG and the DRINK ME mug! Very fun!
We were first introduced to Max Brenner inside Harrod’s in March of 2002 by our good friends, Suharto and Rina, during our visit to London. We had the Fondue which is one of their specialities and Heart2Heart’s favorite.
