At Starbucks, Caramel Macchiato is a unique coffee experience because of how it is prepared. Macchiato is an Italian word which means ‘marked’. Starbucks Caramel Macchiato has a strong espresso charisma with layers of exciting flavors within the beverage.

How does Starbucks prepare a Caramel Macchiato? Syrup is added to the cup first, followed by lavishing steamed milk and foam. A fresh shot of espresso is then poured on top to ‘mark’ the foam. Finally, the beverage is topped with a cross-hatch of caramel drizzle.

My Mom will find every occassion and every excuse to celebrate….Good thing….since it brings us together as a family.

Kai seems to be a popular choice nowadays….

Appetizers were served inside the dining room……

And outdoors in the garden for the main dishes and to cook the beef….

The highlight of the meal….

bring out your salts and marinate the beef yourself….this Tartufo salt was just perfect!

Choi Garden

We celebrated Chinese New Year at a new restaurant in the Greenhills area. We are hardly in that part of town, but it was nice for a change.

The interiors were done by a Hong Kong designer…..

Food is very reasonable and very good! It was difficult to photograph the menu, but you will notice the prices.

Hotpot seemed to be a popular dish in the dining table….

The powder room was beautiful as well….
