Lunch at Restaurant Story @rest_story by Chef Tom Sellers @tomsstory I highly recommend this place if you’re in London. This was my best meal this trip! It is located near London Bridge so come early and walk by the bridge and take photos!! haha!!

My pretty cousin Cara Jalandoni Davis ( daughter of Tita Ana @annajalandonidavis ) is the reason we are in Restaurant Story @rest_story She is a chef here
We are so proud to be related to talented Chef Cara Davis @caramariamichelle . She was busy during our lunch at @rest_story as she was working on pass. So we were happy to see her in short intervals. 
I was stalking her in the kitchen and watching her in action.
She is only in her 20s and she has achieved so much!! She started at the age of 15 at Kultura Restaurant and worked for Chef Ted Corrado at C5 at the Royal Ontario Museum. On her senior year in high school (2010), she won the gold medal at Skills Canada which earned her a scholarship at CIA ( Culinary Institute of America NYC) and got a 4 month internship at Alinea under Chef Grant Achatz. After graduating from CIA she was entremetier at Eleven Madison Park (NYC), under Chef Daniel Humm. She also went to the French Culinary Institute in NYC for the pastry program and graduated with distinction and in the Dean’s List. She then moved to Arzak in San Sebastian for 2 months. She went back to Toronto and worked at George Restaurant under Chef Lorenzo Loseto ( 2014 winner of the Gold Medal Plates). In 2015 she was one of the semi finalists for the Young Chef for 2015 and she moved to London and is now sous chef at Restaurant Story under Chef Tom Sellers @tomsstory who is super amazing. She’s so lucky to be working with him. 2 years ago we tried Mighty Quinn’s @mightyquinnsbbq in New York City. We tried their brisket and burnt ends and dirty fries in their 2nd Ave branch. We didn’t get to try their Brontosaurus which we thought was fattier and more yummy than the brisket!!! A MUST try at @mightyquinnsph That whole rib for only P1,450 with all the sides!!! 

The only dessert on the menu – Bread Pudding with of course a scoop of Selecta Vanilla ice cream! 🙂 More ice cream on the menu please! 🙂
