RJ Ledesma – the guy behind Mercato Centrale with partner Anton Diaz.  Thanks to them for helping many food entrepreneurs jump start their business. RJ told me that Mercato Centrale is A food entrepreneurship incubator. They help local food entrepreneurs market their products and help them grow. Their latest market is Bellysima which comprise of Gourmet, artisanal and healthy foods. Its different from Mercato Centrale which is more on savory food. The good news is, It’s not only this weekend but every weekend – Friday to Sunday at Glorieta 5 Atrium. They have a Taste test every Tuesday – A Space 110 Legazpi st 7th floor – sampling 1-5pm. For those interested in presenting your food concepts just come on over and look for RJ or Send an email at admin@mercatocentrale.phBellysima 2015 by Mercato Centrale (1)

I love going to these things and seeing what these young kids are inventing!!  You will be amazed at what they come up with.  We must support them because from here, this is where they will be discovered.  It also gives them a chance to try out their entrepreneurial skills 🙂  I remember myself when I was a kid and I wanted to concoct so many things and wanted to sell them.  Back then there was no bazaars so it was difficult. So to those of you with great ideas and want to test it out, look for RJ 🙂
