The night before my special day, my friends treated me for dinner. They don’t normally do this, but they were guilty of something haha!! And of course I will not refuse dinner with them because I still love them no matter what! I finally got to try Gino’s after hearing a lot about this place

Lemon Mushroom was my favourite pasta – I would just like to say that my favourite will not be everyone’s favourite. What may be good to me may not be good for everyone. To each his own. Everyone has their own taste which is why there is a menu to choose from right? 🙂

My other best friend, Rina, told me something which I can never forget and which I have adapted as well. I thought of sharing it here with all of you because I think it’s a very worthwhile piece of advice
She tells me that she gets bits and pieces of good traits from friends and people she meets and tries to imitate them. As no one can really be one perfect person, there is always something good in each one and we should find out what that trait is and try to imitate those good traits to try to become a better person 🙂
For me there are many people who I really look up to and try to imitate, but here are some who really influence my life and I am using them to illustrate this very beautiful advice my best friend Rina gave me

On my birthday, I did not plan anything! But I did plan to be HAPPY on my special day 🙂 After all, We don’t really need to do anything to be happy
That day, I kept my schedule free so I could relax. So I treated it like any normal day and did my usual routine of waking up, going to Bootcamp to exercise and then realised this seems to be the same thing I did last year although my best friend, Eds, did not join me this year!!

But then my other best friend, Ned, surprised me after class with a breakfast with all my best friends so I still saw Eds! Same people from last year plus Laura who joined us this year 🙂 This is all I really need to be happy! Conclusion: I am expecting this every year from now on! haha 🙂

This is my latest scent which I have been using. When you think lavande and when you smell it from the bottle – you will think of the flower and that maybe you do not want to smell like lavender 🙂 But think Provence, France when you smell lavender 🙂 I like buying the super biggest size of cologne because it is more economical ( cheaper 🙂 )
Which is why I need these!! I have been collecting these spray bottles which is really for gardening 🙂 I get them from Japan Home Center or Daiso in Japan. I use them to put colognes to spray myself. It is much more refreshing to put them into these bottles and spray it – Just try it and even the cologne will smell and feel different when sprayed on yourself 🙂 Lavande by Nature is so refreshing especially for summer. The cologne is also so cool and refreshing when you spray at the same time smells so good 🙂

Heart2Heart LOVES colognes!! I am always searching for new colognes to try and use! Finally I have discovered my own brand that we now bring in from Provence, France!
A unique cologne which is an anti mosquito repellant at the same time a cologne ( for children 36 months and above ). For children and for adults too! Dengue is so rampant nowadays, protect and smell good at the same time 🙂
