We were so happy to be in Subic at the time, our niece, Nikki was going to dance at Harbor Point Mall
The cousins were so excited to watch too! Nicola eventually woke up when the show started 🙂
It was a beautiful show! The costumes were so colorful and vibrant.

Tomorrow, our highschool batch will be having our Christmas get together. We had planned this months ago and after deliberation, we decided to push through with it. We toned it down and made it a simple get together so that we could meet up with the batch.
I found our last year photo when we conceived the Christmas party committee and we are back again
Previous entry: AC Batch 87 Christmas Party 2012 December 28, 2012
Hopefully another team can take care of it to give others a chance to organize for the batch

We had our first meeting in Lills house
Previous entry: From the Kitchen of Lills November 9 , 2013
And then we had a second meeting in my place.
Here is how we planned for the party.
1.) Think Happy Thoughts
We started the meeting with HAPPY THOUGHTS to make my committee be in a HAPPY MOOD because they are always getting mad at me for being strict and bossy! 🙂
Here are their happy thoughts 🙂
2.) Get into the mood of the theme of the party
This was a prelude to our pink christmas party so everything was pink 🙂 We had a pink tea party to get them in the mood
3.) Always have an agenda because when you are friends, you tend to stray and talk about other things that are not Christmas Party related 🙂
Each one is a head of a committee or a particular responsibility – so Lills is in charge of the food. She got quotes and proposals from different caterers and she presented it to the committee
To keep costs low so that everyone in the batch can afford, we get a basic menu and then we ask generous and willing batchmates to donate additional food and drinks 🙂 Though this was scrapped already since we decided to cut down on expenses after typhoon Yolanda
Our host for this year 🙂 I asked her to make a layout 🙂
4.) Take care of your committee
Feed them so they will be good and just follow !BRIBE! 🙂
Give them giveaways to take home after the meeting 🙂
Pink giveaways to the committee members who works so hard and still give so much more even after all that they do
Bye girls! Till our next meeting! I love you all! 🙂

My friend, Grace, hosted a tea party last August to share one of her beauty secrets, La Mer 🙂
There were 2 rooms where you could have a skin care treatment by La Mer
High tea by the Peninsula Hotel
And of course other beautiful women to complete the event
Our giveaways from La Mer
And for those of you who still do not know Grace, she is the Spoiled Mummy 🙂 And she celebrated her First Year Anniversary
Read this: The Spoiled Mummy is One
Which explains the tote giveaways on that day too 🙂 I got one too. Congratulations to The Spoiled Mummy!
La Mer is available at Rustan’s department store

I met Das early this year and was happy to find out the good news! 🙂 Das told me they were childhood friends, then he left for the States and they had reconnected again when he got back.
The three ninangs hosted a bridal shower for the couple at TWG in Resorts World

We met Eunice during out last trip to Baguio! Mark and Neng introduced us to her. It started when Mark and Neng raved about her fresh homemade yogurt and I insisted I wanted to try it.
We were so lucky that Eunice was able to make some and we were able to try it! She brought this big tub of fresh yogurt which all of us loved!!!! Even Neng says that whenever she gives it to her friends, they all love it!! Some say it is like Greek yogurt!
Eunice brought some nuts and blueberry to eat with the yogurt, we added the truffle honey and the fresh strawberries and banana
A few months after, I received yogurt from Eunice and Neng and now it comes in smaller sizes! And it is now called YOLO!!! 🙂 We were discussing the term during out last trip in Baguio – YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE ( YOLO ) – so when I received it I was smiling!!
I have been telling Eunice to bring it to Manila and we have been trying to find a way. But meantime, if you are in Baguio or if you know someone who is coming home from Baguio – I suggest you order some yogurt from Eunice! It comes in 500 grams and 610 grams

Eunice’s family own a restaurant, Calajo, in baguio and she is now the one running it. She also offers her yogurt there. I suggest that if you place your order, contact her already even before going to Baguio to give her enough time to make it and prepare it. Contact Eunice at 0920-945-8559 or email at paypaodan@yahoo.com

Heart2Heart was so thrilled to learn that Rama Co, the 15 year old son of our friends, Rombit and Maja Co, writes for the Philippine Daily Inquirer! I am sharing here, two articles which he wrote and you will see and read for yourself the talent he has!
Rama even has his own viewpoint on the Pork Barrel scam!
It’s no surprise where he gets his talent, from Mommy Maja who also writes very well! Sharing here three articles among many that she has written. Her column is called BEST OF CLASS talking about the Best of anything 🙂
