A few months back, we went to the PTC ( Parent Teacher Conference ) of Javier. But this time it was different, quite interesting actually
So nice to bump into Tessa, Mom of one of Javier’s good friends
Kay and Santi, son of Tessa 🙂
The friends of Javier were teasing him that they looked like twins with his Papa and I looked and realized that they were right!!! 🙂 Javier didn’t want me to take a photo but I am glad I did – they really looked alike that day! More like brothers! 🙂
Going back to the PTC, what made this different was it was the student explaining and telling their parents how they were performing in each class – why they liked it, why they thought it was difficult, etc etc
We went through each class including P.E. ( Physical Education ). Oh boy! haha!!

Thank you Denise and Lawrence for coming over and introducing to us your services!! I think it was so timely since my cleaning gadget has been broken for several months now. When Denise emailed me, I was expecting someone my age or even older so when I saw them arrive- I was so shocked to see that they were so young! I love seeing young entrepreneurs trying to start a business, it reminds me of myself when I was their age and getting into many kinds of businesses 🙂

These two ladies were so shy- it was so hard to take a photo – but anyway two of them came over
They demonstrated and cleaned my sofa in the living room
She was so good! She cleaned each and every corner

Then I asked them to clean this carpet which I bought 16 years ago from our trip to Turkey
It’s a different gadget for the carpet and she told me that they won’t stop cleaning until they see the water is clear
OH MY GOSH!!!! That was from that small carpet. That is already like mud! They took quite some time to clean it but it was worth it. What a relief and I am so glad I chose to have that carpet cleaned.
They said that they do not guarantee to revive an old carpet but they will do what they can and they did a good job with mine. The top part is the cleaned part and the bottom was done after I took the photo. Now my carpet looks very clean and almost like new 🙂 This carpet has sentimental value to us since it was from our trip to Turkey and our experience in the carpet store which was really unforgettable
They have very reasonable prices. Lawrence said it is the lowest in the market. You get the results of a very good machine and you do not have to purchase it ( which costs more than P 100,000.00 ) to benefit from it. Just call them and they will service your cleaning needs. The beauty of it also is their staff is trained to use it already. The problem I had was that I felt my household staff did not really use my gadget to its maximum capabilities -either they were just not thorough enough or they just forget how to use it completely. By hiring Livewell, be assured that the staff is trained well

I love eating in the Raintree group restaurants because you will find dishes that are unique and cannot be found elsewhere – I love looking at their presentation and of course trying all their delicious concoctions
Nice also to dine at their themed restaurants – with very interesting interiors and fun accents inside their restos
I always like to try a new milkshake when I visit
Trying to be healthy and choosing an alternative – I ordered the Blueberry Granola Yogurt. It was less the calories but still has cream in it 🙂 delicious of course
Someone else ordered a better version which had no cream nor ice cream
I loved this Truffled disco which has everything I like!!!! A MUST TRY if you like french fries
This was the Asian Taco which they replaced with fish for those that were not eating beef- It’s the biggest taco I have ever seen so far 🙂
Breakfast is now all day!! Portions are big – good for sharing!

Two Sister is the brand she and Ed Quimson started- they were partners in a few food businesses – catering, booth in Salcedo market.
More importantly there were good friends
Very very easy to prepare. Michele said that even if you defrost it a few hours before it is still okay. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare! So imagine you can have instant crispy pata at home just like that!!

92nd Birthday Celebration of Lolo Benny May 8, 2013
Father Frias says mass in Lolo’s house regularly, in the Rustan’s stores, he blesses some Starbucks stores and recently blessed the first FamilyMart store in the Philippines 🙂 And in the blessing, my cousin Crickette told me that he is a “Ghostbuster.” Which confirmed what my Mom told me. She said that Fr. Frias can go to your house or to any place and he can send away the spirits and ghosts. That is if you believe in ghosts 🙂 Mom said that Fr. says they like hiding in spaces that are messy, in cabinets that are cluttered and not being opened, enclosed spaces that have no air circulation and in dark areas. But Father said that when he goes there and does his ghostbuster stunts, they all leave with him when he leaves. He told me that some religious people are against what he is doing but he said that God may has given him this gift and he is just using what gift he has – in fact he said he has been getting many calls that he wants to do this full time 🙂
