Paulino Que’s exhibit of 25 works – this will only be for a month, so do pass by!  Thank you Paulino Que for sharing with us you beautiful works.  The MET is actually encouraging more collectors to exhibit and share their collections so more people can appreciate beautiful Filipino art

Patrick took us around the museum and it’s a beautiful exhibit!! It will be a permanent exhibit with 2 areas changing.  The pieces are also on loan for a year or two from the owners and may change as well as time goes by

Interesting work of Art – painting of tombstones of dead artists – like Andy Warhol.  There is a drape and everyone is invited to lift it and see behind

We are not allowed to take photos inside the museum but I could not help it – I just had to take this installation that looked like cockroaches 🙂

Mangetsu Get Together for Suharto and Rina

By | Celebrations, Foodie | No Comments

So nice of Sonny and Natalie to always organize something when Suharto and Rina are here!  🙂  And everytime I see them, the look younger and younger everytime and more hip! 🙂  And I always take advantage and talk to the two of them because I always learn a lot from them – about life, about business about everything!!  I love them! 🙂

mangetsu-get-together-01.jpg

This is like my third time to be in Mangetsu that past month – that’s a lot for me since I hardly repeat restaurant one after the other 🙂 It just so happens that many people like this place so this is our venue on several occassions:
