Paper-thin liempo ! It’s bacon chips which are mostly fat but so yum oh no! deadly I got the original as recommended! I’ll try the salted egg since this sort of reminds me of the salted egg fish skin. At first it’s just for family. I really love cooking and baking. And I only brought some as giveaway for my daughters wedding last year & one of the ninong suggested why not try to sell it. Actually he was my 1st customer. And then I started getting orders na from his family & friends. And same with my family & friends. Now I am making it almost everyday as I make it by batches & make it fresh on per order basis.

Every Monday I order my vegetables from my friend Calling Young @calingty from @kotaparadisofarm My favorites are the Romaine lettuce which is so pretty in your salad bowl and lasts a long time. I get arugula and kale and now they have this rare broccoli flower. From time to time they have fresh mulberries which are super sweet! I hand-carried them to Busuanga!! For many years I have been documenting every event or trip. But this time I’m sort of changing after realizing how stressful it has been for me doing it ( though I enjoy it) & always worrying about missing the moment! So this time we hired Sam @samollitnab to go with us & do it for me. And wow they do a much better job. Sam is so funny – he tells us how to pose though I told him I prefer candid shots, Windz is the videographer and drone guy and is also a diver so he takes the go pro shots. You will just be surprised to see someone swimming under you taking you. Conrad is both video & photo & will do the editing of the video of the whole event! What a relief for me!! I have more time being “present in the moment” & having more time to enjoy & have time for myself. I still do take some shots but at least I’m not pressured & not running around anymore too much.
