Wynn Palace Cotai

Greeting from the airport
wynn palace cotai 1 We arrived at our destination and this greeted us – A Faberge @officialfaberge egg!   Floral Sculptures by Preston Bailey at the @wynnpalace The design changes from hot air balloons to Ferris Wheels all using flowers. It changes by the season #wynnpalacemacau#H2HMacau #h2hflowerswynn palace cotai 3 We had very spur of the moment plans to go to Macau  for the long weekend. And we tried to book online for the Wynn but it was fully booked. So we called Ralph and we got the rooms we needed and we were so happy to stay at the newest Wynn. How important it is to have a comfortable home during a trip – it sets the tone of your entire trip – and much more during a super storm. 6 years ago when we were in Macau, Ralph took care of us at the Wynn Macau.

Previous entry:  Wynn Macau August 9, 2011

He’s the best. He arranges everything for us and checks on us throughout our stay! He’s also our concierge 🙂 we ask him for restaurants and we liked all his recommendations for Portuguese restaurants. He’s worked for Steve Wynn for 31 years and was a pioneer in opening Wynn Macau. We love Ralph  #h2hpeople#wynnpalacemacau #h2hmacauwynn palace cotai 20 The whole gang very happy in our home in Macauwynn palace cotai 21wynn palace cotai 2 Everything is so colorful.  The theme of Wynn Palace is flowers so its full of flowers and colors all over the placewynn palace cotai 4wynn palace cotai 6wynn palace cotai 7wynn palace cotai 8wynn palace cotai 9 When in Macau you are like in a fantasy world so everything is so plush and shining 🙂 Once in awhile its nice to feel like you are in a dream world 🙂wynn palace cotai 5wynn palace cotai 10wynn palace cotai 11wynn palace cotai 13wynn palace cotai 14

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

SHIBUYA-Bright, fun, flashy, trend-setting, iconic, spectacular, Shibuya is a must-see&do destination for any traveler to Tokyo. At its heart is Hachiko Crossing, where travellers stop for their “Lost in Translation” photo op moment, 109 Department Store, where anybody who is anybody on the cutting edge of fashion shops, and the transport hub of Shibuya Metro Station. In between are restaurants, cafes, bars, and people-watching that could occupy one for hours, if not days.

DAIKANYAMA-Within a stone’s throw of Shibuya lies the chic, sophisticated, fashion-forward, design-oriented Ebisu/Daikanyama. Wheras Shibuya is the playground of Tokyo pop culture aficionados, Ebisu/Daikanyama is its upmarket counterpart, replete with cool cafes, idiosyncratic boutiques, local cult fashion labels, a weekly farmer’s market, watering holes to while the nights away. Having resisted the spread of major franchises and chain stores, Daikanyama retains a unique character and is the neighborhood where locals flock to refresh their seasonal wardrobes and lifestyle accessories while drinking coffee at the myriad cafes along the way.

Our property is located at the intersection of Shibuya, Daikanyama, and Ebisu, with a large supermarket, 4 convenience stores, and several restaurants within half a block’s distance.
