 Our first night we were very happy with our food, that we had dinner every night at home Yummy homemade malva pudding!!!  It was so good we asked her to serve it every night at dinner ALA MODE!!  Yummy malva pudding with vanilla ice cream 

 The second evening we wanted to try a Brasi – typical South African grill – but because it was raining we could not grill outdoors so we just had it cooked already
We wanted to test the skills of our chef so we asked her to make agile olio 🙂  and it was good 🙂

 The last night we asked her what her specialty was and she said Indian food!  So we had it!! 🙂
