 In Franschoek, they have a main street for shopping.  Nice quaint local shops 🙂    Facing the mountains 🙂  Beautiful and peaceful

We drove around an hour from Capetown to wine country in South Africa.

It was raining yet the market was so alive and busy – Held every Saturday at the historic Granger Bay site of the V&A Waterfront, the OZCF Market Day is a community farmers-style market for independent local farmers and artisanal food producers. At the OZCF Market customers can do weekly food shopping (veg, fruit, bread, organic dairy, free-range eggs, honey, muesli etc), try out some delicious cooked and raw foods and be inspired about helping to build an alternative food system. Additionally, customers can buy edible plants and seedlings, compost and gardening supplies and equipment.

Last meal in Capetown before we leave. Codfather in Camps Bay recommended by Raj @7tri7 and Kitty @kittycortes Choose your Fresh seafood and they will grill it cajun style.  We had dinner at Potluck Club – it is a very popular place in Capetown and quite difficult to get reservations.  We got an early time so we were able to get our table  Small plates 🙂
