OMG yummy Pastelitos de Mangga from Mamaita’s House of Sweets It’s a thinner version of mango tarts. I like it because its easy to eat like chichirya and so yummy. I hope to try more from Mamaita’s. Mostly thank you to the Tito of Quentin @docqviterbo Tony Marty who included me in the list of recipients of this yummy cookie snack from Capiz. Quentin @docqviterboand Vanessa @docv3 took us boating on board the Raphaelle from Barra
  They had videoke but no one grabbed the mike 🙂   Beautiful Mañoza home by the hill in Barra owned by a Filipina married to an Italian ophthalmologist. It even has a tennis court #h2hcapiz #h2hhomeswe went to Mabaay and Tuwad island. Legend is there was a giant that they chopped up so its body parts became islands which is why the islands are named after body parts    Talon adventure park owned by Quentin’s cousin – Bordoy Viterbo. They have cottages by the beach, ATVs, hiking, water sports  We had lunch on the boat  and even had foot massages.

 You can rent the Raphaelle or Raft17 in Barra so you can go around the beautiful islands in Capiz #h2hcapiz#itsmorefuninthephilippines

The reason why we are in Capiz.    We accompanied Quentin @docqviterbo and Vanessa @docv3 to visit Quentin’s mom. I got my wish to meet them. The very simple couple who practically owns Capiz chooses to live in her old house which I actually love –

Tita Marlyn who is 81 years old and still so strong. She was an ER nurse. She is so happy and so cheerful though Quentin whispers to me that she is very strict

Quentin’s late dad who was the doctor who helped people for free  He is known as the Marlboro man because he smokes Marlboro 🙂 A cardiologist that smokes a lot

Quentin lives in the States now so he visits her every year
Yummy and healthy breakfast at Tita Marlyn’s. 
Quentin @docqviterbo told us that his mom was very strict they could not eat “fat”/“taba” ? when they were kids. Until now she is still health conscious. Accdg to Vanessa her egg has to have malunggay and the tocino is homemade without preservatives and its so yummy!!We also had fresh giant guyabano and the chinese sausage from @snr_official – yum #h2hcapiz #h2hbreakfast#h2hpeople#h2hcapiz

So happy to meet this couple – Calbito and Hya Viterbo. Calbito is the first cousin of Quentin @docqviterbo and they are based in Capiz. They have acquired a lot of the family’s properties totalling around 900 hectares and are developing it. We are staying in their hotel @hotel_veronica named after Haya’s mom.
 I noticed that in Capiz they like naming their businesses after their names or their family’s name  They have restaurants, convention centers and soon to open a call center. The rest of the land is work in progress in a very beautiful area in Capiz. They are obviously very enterprising-contact them if you want to invest in Capiz  #h2hpeople #h2hcapiz  There is a newly opened Robinson’s Mall beside their hotel 🙂  

Love at first sight love when i saw this super yummy chocolate cake from Festa restaurant in Hotel Veronica @hotel_veronica in Capiz where we stayed. Hya served it twice – it was warm with chocolate sauce that is oozing – I have never met a chocolate cake like this omg #h2hcapiz #h2hchocolate #h2hcakes#h2hdessertfinds

Touchdown yipee!! Only 50 minutes away from Manila. The flight was supposed to be at 520am but we were 2 hours delayed.    Super happy to be here.  Thank you to our host Quentin and Vanessa for inviting us or the weekend!!  #h2hcapiz #itsmorefuntobeinthephilippines

From the highest point in Capiz. Super amazin Quentin @docqviterbo told us he would go up here with his cousins and siblings and hang out here. Lots of childhood memories Below that is their family’s property  The Viterbos. They used to have fish ponds which was their main business then. No one else was doing it. Now they covered it and are now slowly developing the area #h2hcapiz
