Birthday Treat to Self

I was not able to do any treatment during our afternoon of wellness

So I planned it on the day of my bday so I could relax.  What a great idea Rica!!! 🙂

This year I am making a conscious effort to take care of myself.  I have been so busy all my life and I have failed to take care of myself, meaning my health, my own personal well being, my skin, my body, and just everything for myself.  Thank you to Rustan’s for showing me the best products and the best things I can do to help me achieve this goal of mine.

 So for my birthday, I scheduled a treatment in the Clarins Skin Spa in Rustan’s Makati.  It was the best way to celebrate and treat myself.Celebrating with Wellness (6)

 My therapist was Tess who has been with Rustan’s for 17 years and with Clarins specifically for 12 years.  She used to do treatments for me in the past and I am glad she is still there.  She took care of me.  The products and the techniques they use in Clarins are really good.  I have tried many spas all over the world and I have to say that Clarins is one of the best. You will have to try it to understand what I mean.

RCC Reunion 2018

She now offers microblading and she is the perfect model.  She is a permanent fixture at the Makati Stock Exchange soon to move to BGC. Tita Viv is a trove of information so i also like getting info and finds from her. She has a doctor for everything and she will even help you get an appointment in an instant. There’s no better wisdom than experience and age. LOVE the Cold handtowel idea in the tablesetting which smelled so good. She puts the colognes or perfumes that she can’t use.  Which i believe is not offensive because you really tend to choose your scent sometimes.

I like the slipper idea. In my future home im hoping to follow the Japanese home where they have an area before entering the home which has a cabinet to put shoes then you change into slippers and there’s a step before entering the home proper.
