Birthday Celebration at Spectrum Raffles Makati

Super special to celebrate with the BFFs – Luzanne @ltmanlapit Det @detdeleon Lucille and Brenda @brends.c and Des in spirit always – at the Spectrum @rafflesmakatihotel @fairmontmakatihotel When I’m with this group it’s a different bonding – aside from food- we talk a lot about God and how we can become closer to Him. So it’s nice and it’s a necessity for me. In a few weeks they leave me to go on their walk at the Camino Santiago de Compostela. I wish I were going but told them to just pray for me. Special lunch today at Spectrum @rafflesmakatihotel ? Chef Nicolas Cegretin and Chef Wade are here setting up the buffet. They have a secret which I can’t reveal but will do in time #rafflesmakati #fairmontmakati I love coming early to buffets when everything is still presented so pretty At the Spectrum @fairmontmakatihotel @rafflesmakatihotel buffet #fairmontmakati #rafflesmakati Tops are the best and the deadliest. :-O Roast beef at the Carving buffet of Spectrum Eyeing this hasselback potatoes beside the carvings Our favorites today at the Spectrum @fairmontmakatihotel @rafflesmakatihotel buffet – Make your own pasta at the Pasta Station, Sinigang sa Miso Salmon, Hoisin lemon pork BBQ, Porchetta from the carving station, fresh Parmesan cheese from the salad station which we eat with everything! Darjeeling mousse, chocolate sheets, Mint Chocolate chip ice cream ( A Must!) and Mango Sorbet. Wind Beneath My Wings Award for Tita Edith!! Such a beautiful gift!! A church in the name of Tito Oscar to be donated by Meralco Donnie’s testimonial about his father’s generosity in goodness of heart radiate everyday to all of us here in Meralco in most especially to those who need help the most. We may never completely know how many lives OSR’s touch with his generosity but the joy in his face in the many blessings that he has received somehow give us a hint of the prayer, it is in giving that we received. Recently, OSR mention about small community in Calumpit, Bulacan which need help in rebuilding their church because of the growing number of parishioners in the perennial flooding in the town. Today, One Meralco Foundation in behalf of all of us in Meralco is making a donation in OSR’s name that will help in the construction of the Sto. Nino Quasay Parish Church in Calumpit, Bulacan. We hope that through this donation many more people in Calumpit will spread the line of hope and generosity just like how OSR exemplify this to many of us here in Meralco.
