A few weeks ago, Rachelle served a cheese platter which was really really delicious.

I was very surprised to find out that it was locally made in a Davao farm. I normally only hear of local cheeses such as quesong puti or mozzarella being made here in our country but something similar to blue cheese and camembert? WOW!! So i asked Rachelle to share her source with me. Hopefully one day I can visit the farm and see where and how it is actually made.
Heart2Heart loves cheese! especially if it is proudly Filipino made! 🙂
Rachelle served us Chevre, Blue Peppato and Feta ( from left to right )
This is Olive Puentespina, the cheesemaker, with one of her goats.
And her cheeses…YUMMY!!
Blue goat cheese and fresh goat cheese ( quesong puti style ). The berries on the right are “Bignay” and are grown in the farm
Bottled Bignay also grown in the farm
