Beautiful speech by Bubu Andres @bubuandres EO Global Chair elect who will start her duties on July 1. It was difficult to narrow down the 9 min speech to 1 min) She makes us women and our country proud by leading an organization with 10,000 entrepreneurs from 46 countries. She has been with EO since 18 years ago and is very dedicated to the organization so she really deserves this. She is now part of #h2hpresidentiables but if there was such a thing as a president for the world, she would be in that list too because we need to change the world and we need people like Bubu to achieve that. Looking forward to transforming the world through “Bayanihan” #eophilippines #eoabcbali2018#bayanihanspirit #h2heo #h2hquotes
Closing Dinner of #eoabcbali2018 at Puri Bhagawan in Jimbaran. What a beautiful venue! Sunset cocktails, dinner then after dinner party #eophilippines#h2heo
ABC stands for Asian Bridge Campus. All the EO members from Asia are invited to join this. The country changes every year and the EO from that country hosts and organises the event. ABC is CAMPUS where you learn from all aspects. Day 1 and 2 is more on experiences and learning about the culture of the country and then day 2 or 3 are lectures, workshops and break out sessions that ties up everything. I super love the idea of learning this way 🙂 And EO only organises ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCES! We learned about the Bali Philosophy. Bali is the Land of Philosophy 🙂
Tri Hita Karana
To understand Bali is to the understand the local beliefs of Tri Hita Karana, the three principles of creating a harmonious life.
During the three days, we touched, smelled, ate and participated in the aspects of Balinese life, from the cleansing ritual to seeing first hand its famous natural irrigation and water management from a single water source, with UNESCO status, to dining at the Presidential Palace

SUBAK
A UNESCO world heritage site, Subak is a traditional irrigation system creating a complex water ecosystem, owned by Balinese farmers. Learn from the experts how the water is distributed fairly and equitably across 20,000 hectares.
The History:
Subak water management used for paddy irrigation was developed in the 9 th century and included in the landscape is the 18 th century Royal Water Temple of Pura Taman Ayun, the largest and most impressive archictecture on the island. Uniquely, Bali’s complex irrigation system is not by order of kings, but its management is very much in the hands of the villagers through cooperatives called “Subak”. The Uniqueness:
The Subak water system connects the rice fields, villages and temples by a system of cannals and tunnels. From one source of water, it flows through landscape shaped over thousands years supporting 1,200 water temples. At the lowest level, each farmer is a member of a Subak, whose ricefields are fed from a single dam. The head of the Subak, called the Klian Subak, is elected by its members. In the larger Subak fed by a canal, the lowest level is called the tempek. The Subaks in turn are linked to mountain temples or pura masceti, which come under the sway of one of two lake temples-the Pura Batu Kau which coordinates irrigation in west Bali, and Pura Ulun Danau which coordinates the north, east and south of Bali #subakpulagan #eophilippines #h2heo

Arriving at Bali!!I love EO because everything is always so well thought of and so efficient. We are always VIP 🙂
While waiting for the room to be ready upon registration – Sample massage to promote the spa. It is perfect to have a spa as soon as you arrive!! The problem is there is no time haha!!! But this quick massage was perfect!!
