Trying out No. 8 China House in @grandhyattmanilaph
My favorite was the Fresh fruit prawn salad #no8chinahouse #grandhyattmanila Wood fired oven peking duck. We usually have this in Beijing Kitchen in @grandhyattmacau @cityofdreamsmacau Here they serve it – all skin, all laman and skin with laman which they recommend with a garlic sauce. Our second way was fried salt and pepper #no8chinahouse #grandhyattmanila #h2hpekingduck
