Dining in the Air

By | Foodie | No Comments

There is something about airplane food..for some reason, you can really tell it is airplane food and I have a hard time appreciating it.  But nowadays, there is a lot of effort in trying to make the food look more presentable and taste better.  They even feature the chefs.   This is 4 flights all combined already in this feature

This is my second feature on Mogu.

Previous entry ( Click on it to go to it):  Mogu November 19, 2009

It’s a family favorite, not only because Lola owns it 🙂 but because the Japanese food is really good.  It’s a good thing we eat early dinner so it is not so full yet.

And of course Chef Seiji is always there, who Dad loves 🙂

Heart2Heart’s favorite maki!!! I like it because they are generous on the crispy topping of tempura batter and crab- in other places you have to ask for extra and they still do not add the tempura crunch.  It is my favorite – Ebi Tempura Maki

The kitchen was right in front of our table – so we can’t help but order what was written on the glass!

Bryan Flannery’s Rib Cap

By | Foodie, Jaric Marketing Inc, Steaks | 3 Comments

Is your favorite cut of steak the Rib Eye?

Do you save the “outer lip” or edge of the rib eye because it is tastiest part of the steak?

Well imagine having a WHOLE steak that is just from this part of the rib eye…..the RIB CAP….

braynsribcap.jpg

My husband, James, has a few pieces left in 1.5 lbs rolls, so hurry since the next shipment will still be in mid August

For orders, please contact:

Sonia de Guzman (9am to 5pm Monday-Friday)

email address:  sonia@jaricmarketing.com

 Telephone #:   898-1371 or 76

Mobile #:  0917 801 6875

Thanks to our friends for helping us document cooking the rib cap.  The rib cap is very rich in flavor and taste, James suggests that you do not eat this as a main dish but sort of like a side dish.   So the 1.5 lbs roll can serve 4 to 6 people.

Instead of cooking the whole roll, slice it into pieces – sort of like Filet Mignon cut

Seasoned with salt and pepper
