Their Wagyu is never frozen. It’s air flown chilled from Japan and from the best cattle suppliers. You can buy wagyu beef here to take home so you can cook it yourself at your own convenience and in your preferred venue

A5 Wagyu Sashimi ( Chuck roll or rib cap part ) This is the Chuck roll part. You roll the onion, lettuce and garlic with wasabi inside the Wagyu Sashimi! YUM! I don’t usually eat raw beef but this one I can and it was so good!

I thought they were moulding xiao long baos at first. It’s icing on top of the pork buns which makes it very light and yummy 🙂 Then baked for 20 minutes til the icing gets crispy. It comes in 4 fillings – Crispy BBQ Pork, Crispy Minced Duck, Crispy pineapple and Crispy Molten Custard
