Buta + Wagyu @butawagyu at 5th floor Skypark @smaurapremier Buta + Wagyu is the same family that owns @wagyujapanesebeef in Sunvar plaza.  There are two sides/locations in SM Aura.  This one by the escalator beside Kettle and one across Buta+Wagyu (2)So happy to meet two owners – Joanna Cabangon and Wesley Villarica.  Other owers are GP Reyes, Grace Lee, Miguel Garcia, Keith Haw and Jerome Lim.  Jerome Lim is also the chef at ButamaruButa+Wagyu (26)Buta+Wagyu (4) Their Wagyu is never frozen. Tuan Tuan Now in SM Aura

So happy to finally try Tuan Tuan @tuantuanmanila Snowbuns! they are finally nearby at SM Aura

Tuan Tuan is a Chinese Brasserie which explains why the server greeted me “Bonjour”  I love the European ambience mixed with the Chinese food from Chef Gordon Mui of the multi awarded resto in Canada Mui Gardens. So it’s a Chinese, French, Canadian restaurant in the Philippines 🙂 It’s owned by the same owners as Lugang Cafe – Peter and Annabelle Chua in partnership with Chef Mui.  So happy to see the owners of Rural Kitchen of Liliw Laguna- Mother and son – Lorna and Justin. Justin is 28 years old and studied culinary in New York City at the French Culinary Institute. Rural Kitchen of Liliw Laguna (14)

 Their first restaurant is called Mio Cusina and is 6 years old already in Liliw Laguna. The restaurant was put up by the Lola of Justin and she trained three cooks to make her recipes.
