Spectacular Japanese Kaiseki ala Heart2Heart starred Chef ( my own rating ) Bella Yuchengco @bellayuchengcoEach dish has a story, each dish is an interpretation of her favorite dishes from Tokyo. Tita Bella lived in Tokyo for 3 years in the 1980s and this is how she learned to cook Japanese cuisine. Each meal is carefully planned and prepared for 3 days. Definitely a labor of at #bellayuchdinners#h2hchefs #h2hstarredchefs

Shaburi & Kintan Buffet @shaburiandkintan now open at The Top of the Glo in Japan Town in Glorietta 1. There is a mini Shibuya crossing Comgratulations Hubert and Karen Young @karenskitchenphHave Yakiniku or Shabu Shabu all you can eat and have anything in the buffet and drinks bar. A place for everyone to enjoy Japanese food #shaburikintanph #topoftheglo#h2hsteaks
Almost the same time last year, Hubert and Karen Young shared with us one of their acquisitions. Shaburi & Kintan Buffet.
Shaburi & Kintan Buffet is a buffet concept
where you can choose Yakiniku ( Kintan) or Shabu shabu ( Shaburi)
then you can avail of the overflowing buffet which has the must have gyudon ( YUM YUM ), milo drink and soft serve!
Many of us are familiar with the Shaburi concept where you have the regular Shabu, Special Shabu, Shaburi Wagyu and Special Wagyu. Take your pick from six soup varieties and avail of the buffet. All of this should be consumed within 60 minutes.
The new restaurant concept offers now Yakiniku. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the buffet is in the middle and then you have to choose what side of the restaurant you would like to dine in – whether it is Shabu Shabu or Yakiniku.
For the Yakiniku (Kintan ) menu, The lunch menu is cheaper than dinner by P 100.00 since dinner has additional items like prawns and more dessert options. There are many ways and options to fit every budget and every kind of diner. It all depends on what you like and how much you eat. There are four All you can eat menus- Regular buffet P 649, Kintan buffet P849 , Premium Kintan Buffet P 1,499 and Special Wagyu buffet P 1,899. There’s a 60 minute 2 plate menu where you get the buffet plus two plates from each kind of menu P 419, P 469, P 555, and P 895. Then there’s ala carte where you just order what you like. You can even mix match all those. Once you find out what dish you like, you can find ways to get your favorites at the best price.
Some tips from Hubert for people who are dieting ( like me ), prefer not to be pressured to “eat all you can” or for those who simply want to stay within a budget. If you like the most premium beef at P 499.00, Order the cheapest option buffet which is the regular buffet at P 469.00 and add the premium ala carte plate of your choice without having to pay P 1,899.00 Or If you can only eat one or two plates of a dish, Order the Plates set menu where you order 2 plates from the buffet menu of your choice.
So happy to see the family for mass and dinner at our favorite place with Dad de Jesus – @pancakehouseph Thank you Mike @michaelodejesus for the 60th birthday treat – you are now senior citizen haha!!! Missing @gloria.diaz69They have now All you can eat spaghetti for P299. but i still had my favorite chicken & spaghetti combo. Catching up on travel stories with Tammy & Dina @dinajcampos but leaving again tonight #pancakehouseph#h2hcelebrations
Congratulations Malvin Ang ( owner) @malvinang Takuma Ishikawa (Founder) and
Koga Akihiko, Franchisor of @menyakokoroph It opened last July 7 at Uptown BGC 3rd floor. Mazesoba, literally translated as mixed noodle – soupless ramen. Japanese Chef Takuma Ishikawa created KOKORO mazesoba in Tokyo Japan in 2013. Soon Mazesoba becomes extremely popular in Japan and scattered in major Japanese cities, especially in Tokyo where KOKORO brand founder Takuma Ishikawa started his business and won the Best 2014 Mazesoba Award in Japan. Over the years, many tried to imitate the taste but nothing tastes as good as the origin of mazesoba by Chef Takuma. ( Website) #menyakokoroph#japanbestmazesoba
At @menyakokoroph While everyone was filming the young and handsome chef, I made sure I didn’t forget to take the ramen too . “Japanese Chef Takuma Ishikawa created KOKORO mazesoba in Tokyo Japan in 2013.
