Another project by the Negrese for Change Foundation ( NVC ) is the Start Right Live Bright Project
These beautiful ladies, Giselle and Camille, explained to me about Mingo 🙂 You can buy Mingo at P 4.00 a pack which is good for a day already for a child. There are two flavors, regular and chocolate. Of course kids prefer chocolate 🙂 Mingo was already existent before Yolanda came and they were using Mingo for relief in the past. All you need is water to mix with the powdered Mingo. Read more below
Another way you can help this Christmas is by buying Mingo cards for only P 250.00 and help in their feeding program

If you are looking for ways to help Yolanda victims, here is one very good way to be involved in the long term rebuilding and rehabilitation phase. Tita Mariel Tolentino is one of the Board of Trustees of the Negrense Volunteers for Change Foundation Inc, and now her daughters, Giselle and Camille plus Trina Genuino Borromeo are very active in helping out! Contact them if you would like to help out in this project [email_link]
What a nice gesture by my friend, Din Din Lagdameo! Contact her if you would like to make kids happy this Christmas!! [email_link]
Take time out to watch the video. I am so happy that Marla Dizon shared this with me! Heart2Heart is so happy that there exists such a foundation, the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc ( RAFO ) and provides a different need – SHELTER KITS! [wp_youtube]N1Wso5L1s5Q&[/wp_youtube]
Marla’s Dad, Tito Paquito Dizon and Vita Sarenas of Finale Gallery will be raising money through an auction which will be held today! All proceeds will go to RAFI to buy more shelter kits 100% of the proceeds from the auction will go to the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation to purchase shelter kits. Shelter has had to take a backseat to food and medicine but is integral to the recovery process. The NYTimes came out with an article last week about the increas in pneumonia as a direct result of the lack of shelter. I am so glad there are so many people helping and covering as many areas as possible to ensure the safety and well being of our fellowmen! So glad they cover 3 steps which has a longer term response The shelter kids will be distributed through the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc Each costs P 3,500.00 CONTENTS OF A SHELTER KIT [email_link]
