Montblanc Rustan’s Makati is the first concept boutique of the brand in the entire Southeast Asian region, and we’re proud to be its partners in realizing its new global vision,” shares Michael Huang, Vice President for Store Planning and Expansions.

From the original 78-sqm floor plan, Montblanc has grown its presence to an impressive 110-sqm luxury retail space. The larger store gives space to more choices for Montblanc customers, offering a bigger selection of leather goods, writing instruments, and of course, beautiful timepieces. “In this new, immersive environment, clients can more fully enjoy the Montblanc experience, which honors contemporary design and the traditions of craftsmanship” Michael adds.Montblanc X UnicefFor more than a century, Montblanc has impressed patrons with its pioneering spirit that honors tradition, excellence in craftsmanship and a passion for innovation. And as it pushes forth into a new decade, Montblanc wants its boutiques to embody that unique optimism and vision of the company.

Taking inspiration from the signature elements of Montblanc, the new concept boutique becomes an immersive retail environment that will encourage people to stay in. Designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance communicates that this will be a space that is pure and which boasts an uncluttered aesthetic.

A powerful palette of black, white and wood, and strong, refined lines build a fitting backdrop on which each Montblanc writing instrument, timepiece, jewelry and leather product can be highlighted and appreciated.

“Montblanc, as a leader and style purveyor, has built a name for itself, crafting pens and watches that are the epitome of quality and luxury. Since Montblanc entered the Philippine market years ago, it has garnered a strong following, endearing its clients with its highest standards of perfection. As Montblanc evolves, it is only expected that their retail presence also reflects that their new direction,” shares Anton Huang, President of The SSI Group Inc.

THE WRITE EXPRESSION

Each Montblanc piece strikes a balance between contemporary design and classic elegance, and reflects a pioneering spirit that continues to excite patrons today. This June 2017, Montblanc introduces its latest collection, Montblanc for Unicef.

For every piece in the “Montblanc for UNICEF Collection” sold from April 1 2017 to March 31 2018, Montblanc will donate 3% of the proceeds to support UNICEF and its literacy projects, with a minimum amount of $1.5 million being guaranteed by Montblanc.

In addition to this new collection, patrons can still enjoy the luxury collections of Montblanc such as the core classics-Meisterstuck collection, and a roster of special and limited editions, such as the Great Characters Miles Davis collection and the Writer’s Edition William Shakespeare Collection.

Teacher Maritoni Visits Educare

What a fun and fulfilling day at Assumption Malibay (Assumption mission school) Ballet teacher Maritoni X Educare turned the place into a fairyland with the help of our good friend Janet Hourani. The kids decorated their own ballerina, Played a game and learned to dance ballet from the best ballet teacher Teacher Maritoni  @maritonitordesillas ( Gumamela 🙂 groupmate) She provided all the ballet costumes ( Fr her students) and we donated it to the school. No matter how busy and how many things we have to do – nothing is more fulfilling than sharing time and giving to children who are appreciative and grateful for what is given to them. CROSBY BEDROOM COLLECTION IN ESPRESSO

Surround yourself with the classic beauty of English Colonial furniture that has been updated with modern details when you add pieces from the Crosby Bedroom Collection to your sleep space.

Pottery Barn x Habitat for Humanity ReStore & Spring 2017 (7)Choose the entire collection, which includes a bed, tall dresser and bedside table in rich espresso. or, choose your favorite pieces from Crosby and mix them with other traditionally styled espresso or white bedroom furniture from Pottery Barn to create the exact look you want. Then, to maintain that look, dusting the wood with a soft cloth is all that’s needed to keep it looking like new.

The bed is typically the focal point of any bedroom, and doubly so when it is an elegant sleigh bed. The Crosby headboard features a delicate curve and understated, beautifully-proportioned molding details. This bed comes in king and queen sizes to accommodate the size of your room, and its slat-roll support system supports your mattress with or without a box spring. This lets you position the mattress higher or lower as needed to suit your needs. Complete the look and settle in for a good night’s sleep with soft sheets, a cozy throw and a comforter or duvet from our bedding collections.

Put your alarm clock or phone-charging station on the bedside table within easy reach for convenience. Adjustable levelers make it easy to ensure the top is level so your things stay put. Crosby’s night stand has simple, classic lines to complement the sleigh bed. It is crafted from poplar wood with a silky-smooth finish. Tongue-and-groove frame construction and English dovetail joinery in the drawer makes this bedside table a quality piece. In addition to the drawer, this stand provides storage space on its lower shelf, where you can stack your favorite books or put a basket to hold small items.

Keep your room organized and neat when you store your clothes in the tall dresser from the Crosby collection. The dresser has five deep drawers with plenty of space to hold your items. The hardware comes in a nickel finish on the white models and glowing bronze on the espresso pieces, adding some extra eye-appeal. Adjustable levelers make it easy to set up the dresser, and, like the bedside stand, it features English dovetail joinery drawers and tongue-and-groove frame construction. Half-moon stops in these items make sure the drawers stay in the frames.

CALISTOGA BEDROOM COLLECTION in CALHOUN OAK

Imagine coming home after a long day and breathing a sigh of relief as you walk into your bedroom. You’re enveloped in the gentle, understated elegance and beauty of a wine country inn. That is precisely the experience you get when you make the Calistoga Bedroom Collection from Pottery Barn a part of your bedroom decor. The Calistoga collection features the look of natural fibers and stunning wood grain with the warmth of oak. Match these furniture pieces up with adornments that speak to you, including earth-toned drapes and comforters. Spread natural-fiber rugs on the floor to complete the look.

Pottery Barn x Habitat for Humanity ReStore & Spring 2017 (3)The Calistoga bed combines the elegant curves of a sleigh bed with the modern flair of an upholstered headboard. The main part of the headboard is upholstered with a layer of washed grainsack flax fabric that provides a neutral-toned backdrop to enhance the rest of your bedroom decor, such as throw pillows, sculptures and lamps. The headboard and footboard of this bed are attached to the side rails with a strong hook system, and the slat roll foundation means box springs are not needed to support your mattress. Strong Queen Anne S-shaped legs support this bed, which comes in your choice of sizes to fit your available space.

Set up your room with the extra-wide dresser conveniently positioned along one wall so you can easily access your clothes and stored items. This dresser features six curved-front drawers, and each drawer can hold up to 26 pounds. The dresser is crafted with English and French dovetail joinery techniques, giving you the strength and beauty of an heirloom-quality piece of furniture. Solid wood glides make the drawers slide in and out smoothly when you pull on the hardware handles.

Roll over in bed and turn on the lamp on your Calistoga bedside table to illuminate the room. This bedside stand features one curved front drawer and one shelf to keep important items close by at night. This table is lightly curved on the front edge of the tabletop and its S-curved legs to complement the other pieces in this set. The drawer is able to hold all of your essentials, and the strong shelf has the capacity to hold larger items or those you prefer to keep easily accessible in baskets – you can stack it with books, put a stone sculpture on it or fill a decorative box or basket with items you want to keep stored in an out-of-the-way spot.
