Arya Residences by Arthaland

By | Homes and Interiors, Real Estate | 2 Comments

I was so happy to be invited by my younger cousin, Ela!  She is among the younger generation of cousins already and it’s amazing how their generation has grown so fast and they are now working and starting out their careers.  Ela told me that she is into real estate and is now a sales associate of Arya Residences by Arthaland.  She took me around their showroom in Bonifacio Global City

arya-residences-by-arthaland-64.jpgarya-residences-by-arthaland-5.JPGarya-residences-by-arthaland-2.jpg

Ela explained to me about the direction of the wind and the wind tunnels they created in this development for proper circulation and ventilation

We looked outside to see the development and you can see one building almost finished already and the next one coming up

arya-residences-by-arthaland-4.JPG9183953.jpg

What I like about the development the most is the GREEN factor in it.  It’s the first LEED residential condo in the country and I wish others would follow

With many other unique features

She took me to the showroom which I have not seen since the first time i was there and they were selling the first tower.  The designs were different back then.  Ela said that they hired the best space planners in the country – Periquet and Galicia, which is why even if the one bedroom is only 66 square meters, it did not feel like it at all

Thank you Elmer and Det for sharing their beautiful home with and at Heart2Heart 🙂  Elmer is into the construction business and Det told me that he is very meticulous about the details that went into building his own home

You will see many more beautiful artworks around their home.  Det used to be a Merchandise Manager at Rustan’s and handled the Home division, so you will see her creative talent being used in her house since she did all the interiors of her house

You will see several Arturo Luz paintings in the house – some of which H2H helped her get as she visited Arturo Luz himself 🙂 Thank you Randy Young for helping Det get her paintings

“We are very excited to introduce Novamobili, one of the premiere Italian furniture brands to the Philippine market. Novamobili stands for “new furniture”, representing current design trends and technologies.  “The high-end furniture market in the Philippines is getting more and more competitive as more foreign brands are represented in the market, but I hope most of our customers realize that quality craftsmanship can be obtained at relatively affordable prices.” said Jaime Daez, Managing Director of Novamobili Philippines.

Established in 1967 by Alfredo Battistella, Novamobili  stands out for its inclination towards research, innovation and design. It combines cutting-edge technology with manual processes to ensure top quality productsdsc_7304.jpg

“We are very excited to open our Manila showroom. We hope to meet our Filipino clients’ discerning taste when it comes to top-quality furniture. Novamobili’s products are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality certified, the most stringent international certification on chemical emissions. It uses a water-based lacquering system that reduces atmospheric pollutant emissions by 95%, and environmentally friendly panels created with a production process that does not require any trees to be cut down. Even the cellulose used to produce the Novamobili catalogues comes from properly managed forests, in line with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standards.

Novamobili Manila has an Italian store manager, Alberto!  He is an interior designer so for sure he can give you very good advice and recommend something that will fit your needs

Alberto told me that all his staff in the store are all interior designers

Sofas that can be adjusted – I like this because sometimes modern furniture can be quite stiff and low at the back but this one you can adjust and at the same time have a different look once in awhile 🙂dsc_7252.JPGdsc_7256.JPG

Alberto also showed me the lighting that they also sell at the shop – The brand is Vertigo-Bird which is partially owned by Novamobili and is a Slovenian brand and the designs are inspired by Star Wars which you will see in the shapes of the lampsdsc_7283.JPGdsc_7220.JPGdsc_7274.jpg

Prints

By | Arts and Culture, Homes and Interiors | No Comments

I met someone who instead of collecting paintings, collects a different type of art – PRINTS! 🙂  He had many many prints all over and at the same time in storage- all of them very rare and valuable. He was very passionate explaining the different prints that he has collected

prints-02a.jpgprints-03a.jpgprints-01.jpgprints-04a.jpg

I bought 6 prints from him and Timmy helped us hang it in our room.  I like that she hung it in a different way – since we like curtains all around the room – we still managed to put art works over them 🙂
