I visited my friend Chef Noel Dela Rama @nrdelarama who is back from New York and has a new home in Manila which he apparently opens for private meals. So he does off site cooking and now you can dine in his beautiful home. Its an old building that’s so 70’s and has so much character ! It can fit up to 16 people. So happy to meet Edwin Josue. He has been a real estate broker in Manhattan for more than 30 years. There were only 5,000 brokers when he started and now there are 30,000 in New York. He is now with Halstead Properties.
He is also the partner of Jerry Sibal @jerrysibal. He moved to New York 30 years ago and worked for world renowned Floral designer, Preston Bailey. He went on his own later on and did interior design and event styling. He published a book with photos of the events that he did. He’s favorite client is Richard Branson who he says is very very nice. Other clients are Oprah and Celine Dion.
