We decided to join the crowd at Maxim’s Palace Restaurant ( City Hall) on a Sunday, the busiest day for dimsum haha!!! Good thing Joel has connections Or else its no reservation and a 2 hour wait to get a table. You have only 45 minutes to dine and they will give you your bill ! We got a table in the corner by the window which is less crowded. #MaximsPalace #h2hhk? One year ago Joel Cruzado , our Learning & Devt Manager in @starbucksph left us to move to Starbucks HK as Senior Learning Manager. Well he can’t get away that easily from us haha!! Because we love him. When he’s in Manila we see him and when we are in Hong Kong we have to see him. He’s a pioneer and was one of the original team that opened starbucks 20 years ago.
