Almond Lychee Gelatin

We had a batch reunion last month and even if I did not go, I heard about the yummy dessert that Adiel Ty-Cruz, one of our batchmates, brought. So I joined in to ask for the recipe and she gladly shared it 🙂 I made it and liked it so much and to think it is so easy to make

It was so much fun, we were sharing online once we had finished making it.

Mine! It had no presentation at all since I did not see it -so this is how it came out. But taste was so good! Very rich but very good! When Chef Javs saw me make this, he suggested we add more fruits like maybe fresh shredded coconut and maybe even add sago balls

Philips Air Fryer

Last year I was lucky to purchase an air fryer for half the price! I am so glad I bought it!! I finally opened the box and was able to try it for the first time a few weeks ago! What they really promote in their demonstrations are french fries. We all know how unhealthy french fries can be because of all the oil that is being used to cook it but with the air fryer, no oil is needed. I will try that next. What I tried was the fried chicken and it was so easy, so fast and so yummy!

Super Easy Ice Cream Cake

Received this gift from Selecta which I thought was such a nice gift idea!!!!!!!!

Everything inside it includes all the ingredients you need to make an ice cream cake and it comes with instructions too! It’s so easy!

Love it that a tub can come with three flavors already – though my most favorite flavor from Selecta is Mantecado and Cheese /Queso

and Voila! Of course the fresh fruit you need to add yourself 🙂 Looks like it’s something that is hard to make but it’s just a matter of layering and putting things on top of each other 🙂

Bridal Shower for Candy

I don’t know what else went on in Candy’s shower 🙂

but I do know that they had a unique feature to the shower. In the buffet – each dish had a glass with the recipes of the dish!! Each family member shared a special recipe – whether it was theirs or handed down to them by another family or friend. What a nice touch to the ocassion!! Thank you Candy for sharing this with us and for sharing the recipes 🙂
