Sapporo Bier Garten

We went to the Sapporo Beer Garden for dinner. Beautiful!! Still felt like Christmas with the giant Christmas trees lighted

View the beautiful red brick buildings while you enjoy a mug of draft beer straight from the tap and barbequed mutton.

We ate at the Genghis Khan Hall There are 2 seatings for dinner so when we arrived the dining hall was empty till a few minutes suddenly the whole place was full! Its an ALL YOU CAN EAT dinner 2,900 with drinks 3,900 but they give you only 100 minutes! haha!!I love the Japanese! 🙂 They give you plastic bags to wrap your coats and whatever clothing you remove – because of the smoke from the cooking. Problem is – what about the one you are wearing? haha!! It is very smoky and you will really smell but that was okay for me ( not sure of the others haha ) Everything is ready already including that one piece of fat that will be used to line the cooker YUM! Very important spice on the table!! You must put this on everything 🙂 We decided to get ala carte because we did not want to pig out :-O Lamb is their specialty so we ordered all the kinds of lamb Frozen lamb Instructions on how to cook the frozen lamb – very interesting 🙂 Fresh Lamb with instructions as well Marinated lamb which was also good! We ordered sides Potato Gratin Lamb Sausage YUM!!!! Scallops was so good!!! A MUST!!! Toasted garlic bread! YUM!!!!!

Suage Soup Curry

As soon as we arrived in Sapporo, we did the most important thing! EAT! 🙂 Suage Soup Curry recommended by Chut. We enjoyed the Soup Curry in Niseko so we did not mind having it again in Sapporo

YUM! 🙂 What more made out of Hokkaido milk! The first four got their table Each one ordered and made their own creation Second group The most popular rice is Cheese on rice! I am telling you, I am like a Japanese – we like the same things!! 🙂 The rice comes in Small, Medium and Large. For lunch there was a promo where Large is the same price as small so I ordered large and ate only 1/4th of it!! Not a good idea to waste :-O I really just wanted to see the sizes 😉 Pat was the only one who ordered the black soup or squid ink and it was so good!!! 3rd group 🙂

JR Tower Hotel Sapporo

Thank you Cherina @cheriris for booking our hotel in Sapporo. This is a photo at night – it’s so peaceful and quiet at night in this area! JR Tower Hotel Sapporo (9) I always check the flowers in hotels and this was quite unique
The bulbs actually grew in the 3 days we were there 🙂 Request for the newly renovated rooms and check the size of the room you will get if you want a big room. This was our room. So we had an extra single bed on the side This station in between the beds is so complete! I like the outlet to charge your phone! I bring my diffuser with me wherever I go and put it beside my bed in the hotel. Essential oils – Lavender for sleeping and relaxation and Head Ease blend. Color coded items in the bathroom of our hotel in Sapporo – JR Tower hotel. Good idea!
