 It was the day before Chinese New Year and many restaurants are closed for dinner so these are all for take out :-O  Not many people dining for lunch and all the tables were covered with take out orders!!

After dinner at Jade Palace, we saw this restaurant on the street level of the Forum Mall near the See’s store – Hana @hanarestaurantsg and there was a long line! 
Apparently they are lining up for this! Flying salted egg udon – Salted egg craze all over!! The noodles are suspended in the air ? #H2HSingapore #H2HSaltedEgg

There are times when Dad and Mom are adventurous and there are time when they just want to repeat and repeat! haha!!  Chatterbox is a repeat all the time!  Why think too hard or travel too far to have Hainanese chicken!  🙂
