I have been trying the different services on the list from Total Therapy ( Total Therapy December 10, 2009)! So far, I like them all especially the Ultimate Relaxation Massage
Total Therapy has gift certificates available!! Now I know what I want for Valentine’s day. I will make sure I send this feature to my husband and give him a strong hint 🙂
Heart2Heart was so happy to actually receive a gift certificate already for a body scrub
They have different scrubs depending on your skin type, so my therapist, Vising, reccomended the Olive Salt glow. I will definitely try to have it atleast once a month

I discovered a new Spa service which I definitely will use. One of the owners, Toni, is a Heart2Heart reader and she emailed me informing me of their services. I immediately called them up to try them because they had many items in their menu that I could not find anywhere else. I had their Signature Massage and I really liked it. I will definitely try the other items on the menu and looking forward to my next session.

Total Therapy opened in the beginning of 2009 exclusively offering services in QC and Ortigas. As requests for treatments outside those areas grew, Total Therapy expanded its operations to cover Greenhills and Mandaluyong in September. Today, Total Therapy’s luxurious treatments are finally available in Makati!
All therapists are required to undergo rigorous training which ensures that each therapist consistently provides high quality treatments. With each Total Therapy visit, one can expect to be pampered with organic oils, lotions & scrubs, and the option of having relaxing spa music and fresh towels to complete the home spa experience.

Across the Avenue Plaza Hotel is Avenue Square with restaurants, shops and other services…..
Most importantly, there is a spa! 🙂 We had no time to try it but I checked it out and I think it will be enough for a quick stay in Naga and it is conveniently located beside the hotel

I discovered these facial masks from Skinfood and I love them! They are perfect for me especially when I have no time to go to Clarins Institut late at night or while travelling or just when my face breaks out. For busy people, you can even use it while in the car or on the plane just to relax and moisturize your skin. They are so easy. You just open the pack, open the mask and put it on your face for 10 to 15 minutes.
There are different kinds of masks for different needs….
They even have a leg patch! I bought one but am waiting for a reason to use it 🙂
They even have for men, but as usual, they have only one choice 🙂 Men are easy when it comes to skin care products
They have eye patches – it is not clear in this photo but there is a patch for under the eye. They have for nose and cheeks also. It is a patch that you leave for around 20 minutes.

Another enterprising Paulinian! My gradeschool friend, Margaret Nuñez Anciano, is part owner of Massage R’Us. And I am so happy that they service Makati and many other areas. More power to you Margaret and to your partners! Be assured that I will support you always!
My gradeschool friend, Jin Jin, gave me a call a few days ago and she informed me about her new business which she had just started. Of course I was very happy for her and even happier to find out it is a SPA business!! She introduced me to her business and I was able to try out the service. I sometimes call for a home massage, but now I am happy to know that COZY SPA is owned by a friend who I trust and know! I have tried other home massage services and Jin’s has a unique offering
I find the prices very reasonable! and her services are a little more than an hour. Usually the others offer only by the hour. That extra 15 minutes is a lot especially when you are relaxing already. I had the East Meets West and the Sole Food To Go
I am nagging Jin Jin to service the Makati area! She said that she will accept outside the coverage area as long as you request for two or more treatments in one call. YAY!!!! So, TRY IT OUT NOW!!!
She had this lavender eye mask to cover your eyes while having your massage
And her massage oils which she makes herself – Lavender, Eucalyptus and Willow and Chamomille. I tried the Willow and Chamomille

With all that partying and photo taking, the following day we went to D’Mall and as soon as we saw the word “SPA”, we just entered and had our foot spas and relaxed……. I was really tired from standing and going all around the place taking photos…this was the perfect remedy 🙂

Of course, Heart2Heart immediately claimed the complimentary spa being a Citi Rustan’s card holder. I had a choice between three spa treatments and I decided to try the Hot Stone Massage at Essenses since I never had this kind of spa before.
I wish they gave me one whole booklet of Spa coupons 🙂

These are the stones they used for the massage.. they use different sizes of stones depending on what part of the body they are massaging.
