Here is a map of the whole resort. You cannot find this in their website but it will hopefully help you choose what villa/suite you would like to stay in. Each one has their own preferences and needs so you might want to plan in advance
Villas by the Lagoon Pool
For the villas that do not have their own private pools, there is the Lagoon pool. It’s so nice because from your living room, you can just go out and go straight to the pool. And if you are a big family staying in the different villas nearby, you can just meet up in the pool. For families with kids, it will be easier for the parents to watch and monitor their kids in the pool while staying inside their villa or in the balcony of their villa. So it is very convenient.
There are different room options and kinds of villas, We were not able to go and check out each and every kind, so make sure to check on the configurations and features to be sure they meet your requirements
This was the suite we stayed in which is a 2 bedroom. Reminds me so much of Discovery Shores in Boracay as the original management was run by the same group as Discovery Shores, The Raintree Group. Though I heard they are not the ones managing it anymore at the time we were there
As you enter the door, it’s the living room but since it can be converted into another room, it was set up this way for the two kids. There is a door that connects to the bathroom of one of the bedrooms
and it has its own TV
Dining table leading to the lagoon pool
Balcony of the suite before you get to the lagoon pool
One of the bedrooms which can share a bathroom with the people staying in the living room. The layout is similar to Discovery Shores also
even the amenities remind me of Discovery Shores 🙂
The other bedroom which is the Master bedroom
with a big and beautiful bathroom 🙂
Beachfront Villas
All villas are facing the beach but you need to go down some stairs to get to the beach
This is suite 18 and 19 which is the farthest and nearest to the mountain
Villa 16 and 17 – Big Families like this because it is two suites together and connected like one house – plus it is very private as it is far away from the main area already and second closest to the mountain
Villa 15
If there is Villa 13 in Shang Boracay ( Villa 13 Shangri-la Boracay April 16, 2009), there is a Villa 11 in Misibis Bay. James and i are having an argument as to which one it should be whether Villa 11 or Villa 12.
Only because Villa 11, though it has its own private pool which faces the beach ,
to the right is the main infinity pool which is in the center of the resort and the center of the beach where all the cabanas are, so if there are people there, it might not be so private.
So James, prefers Villa 12 which is a little farther to the main pool but has more privacy and is beachfront
This is Villa 12 🙂
Always make sure to choose the location you like best so you will enjoy your stay. I am lucky my husband takes care of all the research before we get to our destination. What’s good for him is good for us 🙂
